Zur Zeit sind wir von den Kanaren zu den Kapverden unterwegs und haben daher keinen Zugang zum Internet, sondern nur die Möglichkeit über unsere Datenfunkanlage diese Grüße zu schicken.
Bisher läuft an Bord alles nach unseren Vorstellungen und wir sind ganz flott unterwegs. Mensch und Material fühlen sich wohl. In etwa 3 Tagen werden wir unser erstes Ziel, die Insel SAL, auf den Kapverden erreichen.
Das Jahr 2012 hat für uns persönlich große Veränderung gebracht. Mit dem selbst gewählten Unruhestand sind wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Entscheidung für länger auf See mit dem Segelboot zu gehen haben wir noch nicht bereut. Da der Weltuntergang um weiter 106 Jahre verschoben wurde, schauen wir recht zuversichtlich auf das Jahr 2013. Wir freuen uns gleich am Anfang des Jahres mit Oliver zusammen in die Karibik zu segeln.

we are on our way from the Canaries to the Cap Verde. For that reason we do not have access to the internet. Only with our PACTOR HF Radio we can send out our season greatings.
Up to now all is running like we have hoped and we are on a good way to our next destination. The crew and the boat are feeling well. In about 3 days we will reach our first destination the island SAL of the Cap Verde archipelago.
The year 2012 has had lots of personal changes for us. With the decision to quit the active working life we are quiet happy. Also the decision to go to the sea with our sailing boat was the right one and we not regret it up to today. Since the end of the universe has been shifted to another 106 years forward, we are looking positively in the year 2013. At the beginning of the year we will cross the Atlantik to the Island of Barbados in the Caribbean together with Oliver.
